چکیده

Begomoviruses, belonging to the family Geminiviridae and genus Begomovirus, are DNA viruses that transmitted by whitefly Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) in a circulative persistent manner. They can easily adapt new hosts environments due their wide host range global distribution. However, factors responsible for adaptability coevolutionary forces yet be explored. Among BGVs, TYLCV exhibits broadest of hosts. In this study, we have identified variable coevolving amino acid sites proteins Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV) isolates from Old World (African, Indian, Japanese, Oceania) New (Central Southern America). We focused on mutations coat protein (CP), as it is highly interacts with both vectors plants. Our observations indicate some were accumulating positive selection, S149N mutation being particular interest. This associated spread Europe Asia dominant 78% isolates. On other hand, S149T restricted Saudi Arabia. further explored implications these changes through structural modeling. The results presented study suggest certain hypervariable regions genome conserved may important adapting different environments. These could contribute mutational robustness virus, allowing persist populations.

the tragedy of modern man in arthur millers world

what miller wants is a theatre of heightened consciousness. he speaks of two passions in a man, the passion to "feel" and the passion "know". he belives that we can have more of the latter. he says: drama is akin to the other inventions of man in that it ought to help us know more and not merely to spend our feelings. the writing of the crucible shows us that he is trying to give more heightene...

Old World Econometrics and New World Theory

This paper summarizes recent work on the econometrics of identification in rational expectations models by myself and Andreas Beyer. In this work, we discuss the relationship between structure and reduced form in linear rational expectations models and we apply our analysis to a class of new Keynesian models that are frequently used to inform the policy debate. We argue that the identifying ass...

Comparative Microsatellite Typing of New World Leishmania infantum Reveals Low Heterogeneity among Populations and Its Recent Old World Origin

Leishmania infantum (syn. L. chagasi) is the causative agent of visceral leishmaniasis (VL) in the New World (NW) with endemic regions extending from southern USA to northern Argentina. The two hypotheses about the origin of VL in the NW suggest (1) recent importation of L. infantum from the Old World (OW), or (2) an indigenous origin and a distinct taxonomic rank for the NW parasite. Multilocu...

Highly Pathogenic New World and Old World Human Arenaviruses Induce Distinct Interferon Responses in Human Cells.

UNLABELLED The arenavirus family includes several important pathogens that cause severe and sometimes fatal diseases in humans. The highly pathogenic Old World (OW) arenavirus Lassa fever virus (LASV) is the causative agent of Lassa fever (LF) disease in humans. LASV infections in severe cases are generally immunosuppressive without stimulating interferon (IFN) induction, a proinflammatory resp...
